If it is an entry level home, we will create a very simple marketing plan that will consist of only a few channels of advertising, including a listing in the Multiple Listing Service, or 2. If it is a larger, higher-priced home, we will create a more extensive marketing plan that will tailor the needs of the most appropriate type of home buyers. Either way, we will reduce our fees to be very competitive relative to each market.
